Brainquake

Hello fellows!!
Midnight, and I'm turning to each side of the bed every five minutes in an effort to fall asleep. I can't handle all the thoughts racing through my head. For the same reason, I decided to share some of my views and a lesson I learned with you today.

Overthinking is a sin for your soul and mind. You have no choice but to be completely drained by it.

Today I personally observed firsthand how thinking excessively can drive an individual to the point of extreme meanness. Even if that person is aware of their shortcomings, they won't accept them because their inner ghost voice constantly tells them that they are acting morally. However, despite their will and soul knowing that they are in the wrong, they are powerless to change the situation.
Witnessing all this, I found myself pitying that person. It was evident that their excessive thinking had trapped them in a cycle of self-deception and inner conflict. Their inability to break free from this pattern left me with a sense of compassion for the struggles they were facing.
The person should come to self-realization in order to overcome the issue of excessive overthinking so that they can reach out for help by themselves, or if they are unable to do so, they should have a company that can help them.

Another cure that works like a charm and leaves you wondering if it's magic or just plain luck is Meditation. It is like discovering an oasis of refreshment amidst the sandy labyrinth!
Meditation provides a calming and grounding effect, allowing individuals to observe their thoughts without judgment and cultivate a sense of inner peace. Through regular practice, one can learn to quiet the mind, reduce overthinking and gain clarity on their struggles. This self-awareness can empower them to seek the support they need or find solace in the presence of a supportive community.
Another level of the exercise is to imagine or contemplate what might be happening in the head of an overthinker and only psychologists and mind readers are capable of performing it. But we will discuss this later.

By the way, despite the fact that I can't sleep, I don't overthink things. The opposite is true. Just like you, I think too much.

See you in the next one!!
